1 month routine well-child visit

2 month routine well-child visit, including required immunizations (these vaccines can be billed to your insurance or paid at cost)

3 month “transfer” visit (video visit unless in home is necessary)

As needed weight checks and lactation counseling

Up to four in-home visits per month

Direct access to providers via text/phone/video/email 24 hours a day

Please note: We try to keep our home visits to a maximum 10 mile radius from our office. We are happy to discuss each patient on an individual basis.
